Hi!
 
I am wanting to use eprimer3 to design probes for in-situ
hybridisation. I first need a pair of primers although the system will
only allow mw to design a product of 200bp - I would ideally like
something in the region of 400bp. Is there a way to change the settings
to allow such? Also is there way to change the length of primers from
20bp?
