EMBOSS 2.2.0 patchfiles

A couple of minor bugs have been noticed in 2.2.0
One is that on some alignment reports the gap and similarity
scores are transposed. The other is a case sensitivity in
patmatdb.

There are fixes for both problems in the

   ftp://ftp.uk.embnet.org/pub/EMBOSS/patchfiles/

directory. Just replace the existing ajax/ajalign.c and
emboss/patmatdb.c files with the new ones and recompile.
