Announcement: W2H version 4.1 released

I am pleased to announce a new release (4.1) of
"W2H - the WWW Interface to Sequence Analysis Software Tools".

This release of W2H is capable to serve current EMBOSS releases and
contains several improvements and fixes over W2H 4.0.
