Great!  Speaking of EMBASSY applications, some comments:

On the EMBOSS web site...

- the topmost link on /Software/EMBOSS/EMBASSY/index.html points to
  /Software/EMBOSS/EMBASSY/EMNU/index.html which does not exist.  It should
  point to emnu.html in the same directory.

On the EMBOSS FTP site...

- EMNU-1.0.0.tar.gz does not exist in /pub/EMBOSS
