Partly updated adminguide

A partial update of the admin guide has been uploaded to the FTP server.

This has been updated to include FreeBSD specific information (thanks
Johann). Information on DBIFASTA will appear tomorrow along with some
extra scripts for automatic updating of EMBOSS.
