[emboss-dev] emboss-dev Digest, Vol 13, Issue 1

Dear Sir,/Madam,

I apologize for the inactivity on my part..
I am implementing the Parallel Java API for emboss.

The issue is that I don't know how to implement in Emboss...

Te implementation can be done at code level or thread level..

I need some help in doing so in Emboss.

Can anyone help me in this. I have limited know-how of emboss source-code...
