Would it be possible to have some functions in AJAX to write scoring
matrices as well as to read them

  ajMatrixRead   --> ajMatrixWrite
  ajMatrixfRead  --> ajMatrixfWrite

?  I am going to be generating a *lot* of pair potential-based scoring
matrices.
