JAVA ACD parameter validation

You possibly should look at the Jemboss code. This contains a Java ACD
parser (org.emboss.jemboss.parser.ParseAcd) and a JNI interface to libajax
(org.emboss.jemboss.parser.Ajax - ajjava.c).
