abiview bug

[James Bonfield]

I'm getting assertion failed in quite a few ABI3100 files with
abiview. Unfortunately these files are not public so I cannot make them
available to the emboss-dev team. So are there any obvious ways I can provide
more debugging info? (Except for this:)

Alas this is compiled with the standard cc -O options, but if this isn't a
known issue then I can try producing a debug version.
