[DAS2] biopackages DAS/2 server passed validation

Hi Brian,

The biopackages DAS/2 server code is stored under the GMOD project on 
SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/gmod/).  It's under "das2" 
in the cvs repository.  It's written using the mod_perl Apache interface.
