[DAS] Scaling of DAS tracks

The problem is not http://www.dasregistry.org/spec_1.53E.jsp itself, but 
the Ensembl stylesheet convention link on that page 
http://www.ensembl.org/info/data/external_data/das/CSS_support.pdf
