[DAS] Scaling of DAS tracks

Ah I misunderstood the problem. Now I understand! The link to Ensembl - 
on- the http://www.dasregistry.org/spec_1.53E.jsp page...

That link is no longer valid, as the information is in the 1.53E  
documentation.
