[DAS] emai addresses and the das registry

Hi Jonathan,

I believe this would be a good thing and should be applied for ALL sources.
You could display the name of the maintainer on the showdetails page, so 
people know who they are contacting, but then just use a form for email 
contact, without displaying the address.
