[DAS] emai addresses and the das registry

Hi

Due to security and spam considerations:

I was wondering what DAS users would think of www.dasregistry.org asking
people if they want their email addresses made public as a contact for
their sources? If people say no - then the registry would for example:
set the maintainer field of the source to a link back to the registry,
which would be a submission form where people could indirectly email the
source maintainer? Thus avoiding anyone other than the registry needing
to know the maintainers real email address?

Any opinions or recommendations for how this could be done are welcomed.

Cheers

Jonathan.
