[DAS] X-DAS-Status Codes

Hi everybody,

I am putting together a table of X-DAS-Status codes, and I was wondering
if any one could explain the meaning of:  404 Bad stylesheet (requested
stylesheet unknown).

As far as I can tell, an annotation server that does not have a style
sheet simply returns a 404 code.  Is that the meaning?  If so, is there
any special reason why there is a separate 404 code, instead of just
having the servers return a 501 Unimplemented feature status code?
