[DAS] latest das snapshot broken??

Hello,

	It looks like something went haywire with the latest DAS
snapshot?? it's only 45 bytes...We want to fix our das handlers and DTD
handlers to handle das from version 0.995 --> 1.5 and need all the DTD's
for the spec to do this...
