[DAS] SOAP/WSDL description of DAS now online

Hi Lincoln,

Thanks for posting the DAS/2 proposal.  I took the
OmniGene interfaces and ran them through the Sun and
IBM web service tools to create WSDL, and then tweaked
the output.  It looks like the document tables got
scrambled.  Are they, or is it just my lousy web
browser?  I can redo the document in HTML with the
original tables if they are as confusing to everyone
else as they look to me.
