[DAS] question

Hi All

Another silly question coming up....


If you have no peudomolecule/chromosome sequence and 
u got a whole bunch of BACs (non-overlapping) and 
you know which pseudomolecule/chromosome those BACs belongs to but 
dont know where or how they align against the psudomolecule/chromosome. 

what would be the entry points?

Sorry I just realized the "CHROMOSOME_" has now been dropped:
CHROMOSOME_I is now I
CHROMOSOME_II is now II
CHROMOSOME_III is now III
etc...
