[DAS] Additional help with setting up LDAS

Hello,

When I do an 'entry_points' query with my test database, dicty, I get the
following output returned to my web browser:

Date: Fri, 07 Dec 2001 20:35:28 GMT
 Server: Apache/1.3.22 (Unix)
 x-das-status: 500
 x-das-version: DAS/1.00
 Connection: close
 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

 Could not open database


I'm able to use ldasdump.pl to query my test database.  I'm also able to
log in as the user 'nobody' and do a query using mysql.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to debug my installation?

Here is the DATA SOURCE portion of my dicty.conf file that is in the
das.conf subdirectory of the Apache conf directory.

description = Test annotations
adaptor     = dbi::mysqlopt
mapmaster   = http://crick.informatics.jax.org:8080/cgi-bin/das/dicty
database    = dbi:mysql:database=dicty;host=localhost
