[BioRuby] The second BioRuby IRC conference on Dec 23rd

The plugin system appears to be functional - great stuff Raoul.

Another thing is that the IRC channel will be attended to the coming
weeks by a number of developers. If you feel like little coding
and/or experimentation during the holidays, we are there to help.
