[Biopython] dblp searches

Oh, I didn't realize bioinformatics would be indexed there.

A libgen or scihub API would be great, though I doubt they exist. I'd guess
they'd be looked down upon anyway, for various moral or legal reasons.

I use Google Scholar for my literature searching, would never have thought
to use BioPython before seeing this thread!
