Dear all,
For a phylogenetic tree in newick format, for example
(mm10:0.170506,
(hg38:0.114771,
(tupChi1:0.187178,
galVar1:0.105148):0.011794):0.170506);

is there a way in Biopython to reorder the tree (and save the tree in newick format)?For example, with hg38 on top:
((hg38:0.114771,(tupChi1:0.187178,galVar1:0.105148):0.011794):0.170506,mm10:0.170506);

Thanks,-Michiel
