[BioPython] Available PDB Parsers?

Hi everybody,

For the article on the Bio.PDB modules I'd like to include a
list of freely available PDB file parsers.... (well, at least the ones that go 
a bit further than just parsing atom lines). So if you know any, please
let me know...
