+1 vote for a single repository for all talks.

We can organize this per year, e.g.:

talks
   |- 2014
   |     |- bosc
   |     |- scipy
   |- 2013
         |- bosc
         |- something else..

I'm not familiar with the (subtle?) differences among the CC licenses,
so I can not fully comment on this. Though CC-BY 4.0 looks sensible..
