[Biopython-dev] Spam: How about restricting posting privileges to only subscribers?

I've been wondering this myself.  I don't know anything about the 
mailing list setup, so am not much help either.  However, the spam 
filter seems to be active, as it's still tagging some mail as spam.  
It's odd that so much crud is still getting through, though.
