[Bioperl-l] problem installing BioPerl

Thanks Scott. Just tested at my Linux Mint 15 (same as Ubuntu in terms of
repositories) for the same result, except some of suggested packages (eg
molphy) do not exist. Here's apt-get's output:

Package molphy is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'molphy' has no installation candidate

While it's not a dependency, it's certainly an annoyance.
