[Bioperl-l] Parsing BLAST -m 9 reports

Dear all,

I'm trying to parse several blast reports in tabular format -m 9.
when looping through the hsps I always get the following message:
--------------------- WARNING ---------------------
MSG: Did not define the number of conserved matches in the HSP; assuming
conserved == identical (312)
---------------------------------------------------
