[Bioperl-l] branch pruning v.2

lightweight_feature_branch was my test built with a feature type that is 
based on arrays instead of hashes got 25+% speedup I believe - have to 
go back to the archives to see what I claimed was speedup... =)

I think that Bio::SeqFeature::Slim might be at least one speedup by 
Lincoln for Gbrowse that addresses some of the speed problem, though I 
think it still isn't array-based for data storage.
