[Bioperl-l] Bio::SeqFeature::Generic clone()

Hola, 

I seem to be in need of an easy way to copy features. Bio::SeqFeature::Lite has a clone() method, but Bio::SeqFeature::Generic doesn't. So I'll be adding one unless someone points out that this is a bad idea for some reason. 

Also, this seems insufficient for a branch, so it'll just be a single commit to master unless someone slaps me.
