[Bioperl-l] Project: BioPerl 2.0 (and beyond)

I've used Statistics::R without any problems for some plotting applications from within Perl on a webserver.  It lets you start up an R session silently from inside Perl, and issue R commands to the session.  Seems clean and easy to use.
