[Bioperl-l] Fw: problem with bioperl install

Sounds like a user permission error... Oh the joy of Macs using BSD, but
creating their own permission system on top of it...

Might be best for her to install the stuff as root or via Fink
(http://pdb.finkproject.org/pdb/package.php/bioperl-pm586)

To install as root:

sudo su -
Type in your password
perl -MCPAN -e shell

Follow the prompts as before.
