[Bioperl-l] [Gmod-gbrowse] Non-root installation: problem withModule::Builder versions

Is this really an install problem? The error begins in Module::Build::Base in 
site_perl, no problem there. The error says $VAR1 has got scoping problems; that 
doesn't sound like a permissions problem.

I'm cross-posting your question to the BioPerl list as 1) it is more
of a perl question than a GBrowse question, and 2) I don't know the
answer.
