There seems to be some duplicated code that either should have been
removed from either BioPerl or BioPerl-run, the files:

/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/Bio/ConfigData.pm
/usr/share/man/man3/Bio::ConfigData.3pm.gz

are currently installed by *both* BioPerl and BioPerl-run.  See the
downstream Fedora bug for more details:

This causes the package set to fail to install.  Should ConfigData be
in BioPerl or BioPerl-run?
