[Bioperl-l] bioperl.lisp, bioperl-object-start, use, and use base?

No, it shouldn't be necessary. "use 'Foo'" is the same as:
BEGIN {
require Foo;
}
... and "use base 'Foo'" is the same as:
BEGIN {
require Foo;
push @ISA, 'Foo';
}
