[Bioperl-l] Thoughts on some test reorganization

I agree, 5.10 is the new cool kid on the block yet I have not come across
many people that can firmly say they use it in a production / commercial
environment.
I will chime in and say that, ideally, support for 5.8.* should be a few
years at least from going away.
