[Bioperl-l] bioperl-network test error

Mohammed,
Try replacing the ModuleBuildBioperl.pm file that you have with the
one that's attached. Then do this inside the bioperl-network-1.5.2_100
directory:
./Build clean
perl Build.PL
./Build test
What do you see? Also, what's your version of Perl?
