[Bioperl-l] extra hook functionality for svn repos?

I'm not sure how often we run into this, though.  Anyone know?

The latter two might be nice.  I thought we planned on defaulting to  
a simple 'plain text' mime type on commits if it isn't specifically  
predefined, but maybe this way is better?
