Being able to dump versions of Wiki pages into the Bioperl releases is a 
good idea, and an important one as people don't always have permanent 
Internet access, eg. when travelling, remote areas, dial-up users.

At minimum, perhaps the FAQ, the Tutorial, and all the HOWTOs ?
