Torsten,

I have set up a separate page to keep track of modules which need tests.

I'm adding it to the developer resources, and it is also included in  
the list of links accessed from the sidebar on the website.  It's in  
rough shape right now (I haven't had much time to format it, and  
probably can't do much with it until Saturday), but at least it's a  
start!
