[Bioperl-l] Circular dependency?

I've just come across this circular dependency:

Bioperl optionally requires Bio::ASN1::EntrezGene
and Bio::ASN1::EntrezGene::Indexer requires Bio::Index::AbstractSeq

I don't know much about circular dependencies so thought I'd post it to
the list, could this be a problem at all?

I'm generating PPD files, so this would cause a circular dependency.
Therefore, I excluded Bio::Index::AbstractSeq as a dependency for the
Bio::ASN1::EntrezGene PPD.
