[Bioperl-l] bioperl-live: audit of FIXME/???/TODO/etc and undef/die

If we need to, we can upload a Komodo Bioperl template.  I have a  
very old one that I passed on to Mauricio.  We could clean it up and  
add it to the core distribution or elsewhere if needed.
