[Bioperl-l] Optional 'circular dependency' ok?

Sendu,
Would this be pertinent for the 1.5.2 release? If not, it would give us a
little time to hash out what to do here, as opposed to rushing to get this
done before the 25th. Otherwise we probably won't worry about adding it to
Makefile.PL but list it as an optional dependency, maybe in the INSTALL
docs.
