Hi,
I'm trying to fetch a protein sequence named Q9H2C9, which must be
swiss prot sequence. I could not fetch it using Bio::DB::GenBank.
I found out that the actual sequence name is not Q9H2C9, but P00533
by searching NCBI's GenBank. I guess that the sequence name had
changed. Is there a way to figure out that a SwissProt ID's protein
sequence has changed to which other ID using BioPerl?
Thank you,
Sang Chul
