[Bioperl-l] Bio::Restriction::Enzyme

Nathan,
Perhaps because most restriction sites are palindromes. Anyway, I added
tests for palindromic() and is_palindromic() where the site is not a
palindrome, these tests pass (t/RestrictionAnalyis.t).
