[Bioperl-l] question about revision 1.17 of Bio::Index::AbstractSeq.pm

Chris,

Thanks for the detailed response.  We're using a version we
compiled, not ActivePerl.

 > perl.exe -v

This is perl, v5.8.7 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

We'll go check the DB_File versions again.  Hopefully we'll
see something obvious.
