[Bioperl-l] PAML 3.15 parsing

PAML 3.15 parsing should work now - small change in the format  
between 3.14 and 3.15 caused a choke-up.  One day we'll get the  
parser to be more robust, as it stands right now it is pretty fragile  
to any format changes between versions.

I have some other outstanding commits dealing with branch-specific  
parameter parsers that I'll get to later in the month.
