[Bioperl-l] sanity check an update the bioperl-run's t/ProtDist.t

I'm wrenching on some of the rc2 bioperl-run code, touching it up to
work better with Phylip 3.6.
After tuning up PhylipConf.pm, I'm getting this for one of the tests:
# Test 9 got: "0.277077" (t/ProtDist.t at line 98)
# Expected: "0.27708"
# t/ProtDist.t line 98 is: ok($matrix->get_entry('ENSP000003','SINFRUP001'),0.27708);
I'm inclined to excuse the difference as my perl providing another
digit's worth of detail (accuracy? ;)).
Do folks agree, or is there something else going on?
