[Bioperl-l] release candidate 4 (hopefully the last!), release information

Jason,
I added Bio::SeqIO::entrezgene in  Changes and listed 
Bio::ASN1::EntrezGene as a dependency for Bio::SeqIO::entrezgene in 
Makefile.PL. My guess is both should go to 1.5.1
