Greetings,

I am a computer person who is using BioPerl to the
extent that it is needed for GBrowse.  I am aware that
BioPerl can be used for GenBank BLAST's, although
I have not done this myself.  I have a Biologist who
wants to do automated BLAST's at www/tigr.org/tdb/e2k1/ttg.
Can BioPerl be used for this?
