[Bioperl-l] Gene Ontology - help request

Hi,

I wonder to know anyone could kindly offer an example on which one and how
to use one of the BioPerl modules for GeneOntology ?

Basically, we have a EST db in MySQL, then would like to annotate our EST
db with the GeneOntologies available at "www.geneontology.org"... Please
note I am only asking for a working example, then I can base/guide on it
to write my own script...
